환아는 2006년 xxxxxx월 8일 Pedestrian TA로 봉고차에 부딪혀 hydrocephalus 발생하여 6월 16일 VP shunt , P-O , Rt 시행한 후 신경외과적으로 안정화되어 T-Tube remove하고 포괄적인 재활치료 위해 본원 입원
